Disclosed are a grain roaster and a control method therefor. The grain roaster comprises: a chamber having a dish-shaped bottom plate comprising a plurality of through-holes along a peripheral inclined surface thereof, and a cylindrical sidewall extending upward from the edge of the bottom plate; a rotary shaft arranged on a central line of the chamber; a rotary blade which is fixed at the rotary shaft and which pushes the grains piled on the flat central surface of the dish-shaped bottom plate toward the peripheral inclined surface; and a guide blade, one end of which is fixed at the cylindrical sidewall and which guides the grains piled higher than the height of the rotary blade toward the center of the chamber. According to the present invention, different amounts of grains may be roasted uniformly at one time while adopting a rotary blade stirring system arranged along a vertical shaft. |
