The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration in a form of suspension comprising revaprazan or its salt, which has excellent dispersion stability and high bioavailability. Specifically, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration in a form of suspension having pH 7 to pH 13, comprising revaprazan or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt; a dispersion-stabilizing agent selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, glycerin, and a mixture thereof; and a pH-controlling agent.
