PURPOSE: An environment-friendly resin composition with excellent adhesion is provided to have adhesion same or stronger than urea resin, melamine resin, phenol resin, etc and 5 times or more environment friendly than EO which is a top rate of environment-friendly. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly resin composition comprises a reactant indicated in chemical formula 1, and two or more bonds between isocyanate polymers selected from an active hydrogen bond, a urethane bond, a urea combination, a hydration bond, an amine bond, and amide bond. A manufacturing method of the environment-friendly resin composition comprises: a step of preparing alkali silicate, a step of hydration by adding difunctional or trifunctional alcohol into the alkali silicate; and a step of conducting a reaction by adding isocyanate C6-13 polymers into a prduct formed by hydration of the alcohol and alkali silicate.
