The production method of a material employed in an energy device and/or an electrical storage device is characterized by having an alkali treatment step in which a starting material containing a glass-forming element is treated with alkali, and a solidification step in which at least the alkali-treated starting material is solidified at temperature conditions of 15-30ºC. |
