A floating equipment for injecting a gas into liquid effluent or waste water and, more particularly, for injecting an oxygen-rich gas into a pool from the surface, comprising the following elements: - a drive device, intended to be positioned above the liquid, provided with a vertical output shaft (8) fitted at its end with a swirl plate (6), the swirl plate being immersed in the liquid, - a premixing device (5), comprising an injection device (7), positioned above or below a moving body (9) with inclined blades, the swirl plate being situated at the end of the shaft, under the premixing reactor.
