<p>PURPOSE: A method for preparing phosphorus 2-pyrone derivatives is provided to develop a novel drug and various pharmaceutical products. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorus 2-pyrone derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the derivative comprises a step of reacting alkyl hydrogen alkynylphosphonate derivatives of chemical formula 3 with alkyne derivatives of chemical formula 4 under the presence of a gold catalyst. The gold catalyst is AuCl, AuBr, AuCl3, Ph3PAuCl, (C6F5)3PAuCl, (4-CF3-C6H4)3PAuCl, IMesAuCl[IMes : 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene], 3PAuCl, and IMesAuCls[IMes : 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene]s.</p> |
