<p>PURPOSE: A wind power generator with a low wind velocity is provided to increase the efficiency of wind power generation regardless of the wind direction and places, and to increase a power coefficient as the drag and lift of the wind are used at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator with a low wind velocity comprises a center shaft(100), a connection arm(400), drag blades(200a,200b), a wind capture(300), and a power generation module(500). The center shaft is rotationally supported, and generates rotary moment. The connection arm is connected to the upper and lower ends of the center shaft. The drag blades are connected to the connection arm, and form an overlap area at a fixed ratio. The wind capture is installed in the drag blades in a longitudinal direction. The wind capture is recessed toward the rotary direction of the drag blade in order to increase the rotary moment. The power generation module is placed in the extended line of the center shaft, and generates electricity by the rotary moment from the center shaft.</p> |
