<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable ink composition excellent in curability. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable ink composition contains a polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator. The polymerizable compound comprises: 10 mass% or more of vinyl ether group-containing (meth)acrylic acid esters based on the total mass of the ink composition, wherein the vinyl ether group-containing (meth)acrylic acid esters can be represented by the general formula (I): CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>=CR<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-COOR<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-O-CH=CH-R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>; and tetrahydrofurfuryl (meth)acrylates.
