<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic stainless steel in which an electric controllability is not deteriorated, that is, magnetic coercive force is not increased even when used for a long time in the discontinuous temperature atmosphere of 80 to 400°C. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic stainless steel contains, by mass%, ≤0.030% C, ≤0.030% N, ≤0.20% Si, 12.5-15.0% Cr, 0.30-1.00% Al, 0.01-0.50% Mn, 0.001-0.10% S, ≤0.010% O and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfies X≤1.2, 15≤Y≤20, 2≤Z≤6 and W≤[Cr], wherein X=30[C]+25[N]+[Ni]+0.5[Mn]+0.3[Cu], Y=5.5[Al]+2.0[Si]+[Cr]+1.5[Mo]+1.5[Ti]+5.0[V]+1.75[Nb]+1.75[Zr], Z=X-Y+20, and W=375[C]+250[N], and each of [ ] represents the content (mass%) of each element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
