<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a synthesis method by which ferrite fine particles each having a particle diameter of 30 to several 100 nm are synthesized in a continuous system. <P>SOLUTION: A reaction liquid containing divalent iron ion is sent out and conveyed from one side, an oxidizing agent liquid is sent out and conveyed from the other side, then the sent-out reaction liquid and oxidizing agent liquid are merged to each other, and the merged reaction liquid and oxidizing agent liquid are reacted while being flowed through a flow reactor, thereby ferrite fine particles having a particle diameter of 30 to several 100 nm and having satisfactory crystallinity is synthesized. In a form where the synthesis of the ferrite fine particles and the surface modification of the ferrite fine particles are unified, it is possible to produce the ferrite fine particles subjected to surface modification. In this way, the surfaces of the ferrite fine particles having a uniform particle diameter in the range of 30 to several 100 nm are modified, and the resulting ferrite fine particles are dispersed into a liquid. Thereby, a dispersion liquid which contains the particle with large size, has high magnetization, and further is excellent in dispersion stability, and which has not been attained heretofore can be produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
