<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent the performance of engine output control unintended by a driver and racing of an engine rotating speed, in clutch fastening operation. <P>SOLUTION: When the engine rotating speed NE reduces when a vehicle starts, clutch fastening feedback control is started. When an accelerator pedal is stepped and the engine rotating speed NE is a target rotating speed NOBJ or less, a proportional term CLFBP, an integral term CLFBI and a differential term CLFBD of the feedback control are calculated, and clutch fastening feedback control opening THCLFB is calculated by adding them.
