When an accelerator pedal is stepped and the engine rotating speed NE is a target rotating speed NOBJ or less, a proportional term CLFBP, an integral term CLFBI and a differential term CLFBD of the feedback control are calculated, and clutch fastening feedback control opening THCLFB is calculated by adding them.
