<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of enhancing strength in an end plate facing to a through-hole in the vicinity of the root of a wrap tip end of a fixed scroll, and furthermore, capable of enhancing reliability and durability. <P>SOLUTION: In a non-involute surface S3 formed between a starting point P of an inner involute surface S1 for constituting a wrap 23B of the fixed scroll 23 and a starting point Q of an outer involute surface S2, a concave curved surface S32 is formed in a curved surface shape of a small radius of curvature. In the peripheral edge of the through-hole 23C formed in a spiral center part being a tip end of the wrap 23B of the fixed scroll 23, an opening shape in an approach area ε facing to the concave curved surface S32 is formed of a curved surface smaller than a radius of curvature r of the concave curved surface S32, and a hole facing distance L being the length between a root part in the apex Z in a convex curved surface S32 of the non-involute surface S3 and the most approached edge U in the through-hole 23C facing to the root of this wrap tip end Z, is secured long. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
