<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of detecting writing of a page irrespective of temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In an automatic transaction device 1, reading means 3a reads image information on a page by sequentially scanning the pages of a book medium, and detection means 2d detects image information included in any scan from one end of the page. In such an automatic transaction device 1, detection correction means 2e further changes the number of scans from one end of the image information detected by the detection means 2d according to the temperature detected by temperature detection means 3d. This allows correct detection of writing to be detected on a page even when image information on a page of a book medium changes depending on the change in the conveyance amount of conveyance means due to temperature change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
