<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device which suppresses generation of noise and vibrations while including a torque-sensing limited slip differential function. <P>SOLUTION: The differential device includes: a pair of side gears 5,7 facing the direction along a rotation shaft core supported relatively rotatably in a diff case 3; and a pinion gear 9 engaging to the side gears 5,7 supported with the diff case 3 rotatably. Between the diff case 3 and the side gears 5,7, first and second frictional engagement parts 64, 66 limiting differential rotations of the side gears 5, 7 following the frictional engagement after shifting of the side gears 5,7 caused by the reactive force in meshing the side gears 5, 7 with the pinion gear 9 are provided. Disc springs 53, 55 are provided to inhibit the frictional engagement of the first and second rotational parts 64, 66 caused by shifting of the side gears 5, 7 when the load generated on the side gears 5, 7 by the reactive force in meshing the side gears 5, 7 with the pinion gear 9 is less than the set load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
