A system and method for computing and transforming (1) a rating and (2) an indicator of the quality of the rating into (3) a new visual indicator which may be stored or output. A rating, also known as a score, can be the result of a survey or come from any other source. An indicator representing the quality of a rating can include a series of different colors, individual icons, a series of multiple icons, or written text. A new visual indicator is created from the combination of the rating and quality indicator. The system can analyze available data or accept human input and create an indicator of the quality of each rating or adjusted rating. The invention can create a new visual indicator by combining supplied or computed ratings and their computed quality indicators. The visual indicator may be stored as data elements or output on any capable device. |
