The channel quality indicator (CQI) of adjacent cells is measured without complicating user terminal (UE) processes. In a base station device (eNodeB#1) that has been installed in a serving cell, the cell ID, Channel State Information - Reference Signal (CSI-RS) position and transmission power of an adjacent cell are acquired as CSI-RS parameters of said cell from a base station device (eNodeB#2) that has been installed in the adjacent cell and a notification signal, which includes the above-mentioned CSI-RS parameters, is generated and transmitted to the user terminal (UE). |
