<p>Provided are a link switchover method and an apparatus. The method comprises: when a RRU ring network link is normal, the RRU in an RRU ring network receives the time delay compensation values of transmission links in two directions from a BBU; when an RRU ring network link is broken and needs a switchover, the RRU switches the time delay compensation value in one direction used before the switchover to the delay compensation value in the other direction used after the switchover. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art that uninterrupted service operation cannot be ensured when link switchover occurs, thereby ensuring the uninterrupted operation of services.</p>
