<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid ink composition composed of an amorphous material, capable of printing suitable and clear images on every base material, particularly on coated paper base materials, by inkjet printing. <P>SOLUTION: The ink is a phase transition ink containing an amorphous constituent and a phase transition ink carrier. The amorphous constituent is a citrate ester represented by the formula, wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">3</SP>are each independently identical or different and are selected from alkyl groups including linear, branched or cyclic, saturated or unsaturated, and substituted or non-substituted ones. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
