<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component exhibiting excellent productivity by preventing vibration and beat thereby facilitating the winding work. <P>SOLUTION: The fitting parts 131, 132 of a first mold half 111 and a second mold half 112 having the shape of a U-shaped hollow vessel are fitted on the inside of a coil 103 formed of a winding, thus forming a mold 110 having a substantially oblong annular planar view with the coil 103 being arranged on the outer periphery thereof. From the apertures 121, 122 of the mold 110, a magnetic body 101 composed at least of magnetic powder is cast, and the coil 103 is arranged on the magnetic body 101 having a substantially oblong annular planar view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
