<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve power saving according to the residual amount of a power supply in an emergency and prevent incapability of monitoring operations of a nuclear reactor after exhausting all alternating current power supply. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring control system of a nuclear power plant comprises: a first communication device connected with an input/output device, and a monitoring control device in a central control room; a remote monitoring control panel including a second communication device communicating with the first communication device, a display device, and an input device for inputting operation signals outside of the central control room; and a power supply line which, in a normal operation mode, connects an in-plant power supply with facilities in the central control room and facilities outside of the central control room to perform monitoring control of a plant from the outside of the central control room, and when the in-plant power supply is exhausted, supplies battery to the facilities in the central control room and the facilities outside of the central control room and performs power supply connection with the facilities in the central control room via an opening/closing device. The input/output device includes a first input/output device which is directly connected with a nuclear power plant, and a second input/output device which is connected with the monitoring control device, and when the in-plant power supply is exhausted, switches to battery and selectively stops power supply from the input device outside of the central control room to some facilities in the central control room. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
