<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: there has been a technique to identify a user who has made an application on a reception terminal such as an ATM by taking a face photograph of the user at the reception terminal upon application and displaying the face photograph on a service terminal when handing over the application result to the user at a counter; the reception terminal needs to have an imaging function such as a camera and the service terminal needs to be able to display the face photograph to use the technique; and the face photograph is used without the consent of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A method of confirming a face photograph of a user is changed in accordance with information on a reception terminal, information on a service terminal, and consent information on the user. The face photograph is registered at the time of registration of user information and used when the reception terminal does not have a camera. When the face photograph cannot be displayed, the user's face photograph is printed on a slip to be handed over to the user after application and is used for the confirmation.
