<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude a duplicate execution part of calculation from a billing object. <P>SOLUTION: A medical care support apparatus 25 generates execution information 33 from an inspection image 31. The medical care support apparatus 25 transmits the execution information to a billing management server 43. The billing management server 43 stores the execution information 33 as execution history 45. The billing management server 43 includes a duplicate determination part 65, an execution frequency calculation part 66, and a use fee calculation part 67. The duplicate determination part 65 determines whether there are more than one piece of execution information 33 having the same inspection ID. The execution frequency calculation part 66 excludes the execution information 33 determined to be duplicated and counts execution information.
