<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor device and a control method for the same capable of promptly starting a degradation determination of a cell and accurately performing the degradation determination of the cell. <P>SOLUTION: A gas sensor device can stably maintain a constant temperature of a cell regardless of degradation of the cell by: acquiring a detection signal from the cell of a gas sensor (S15); when the detection signal reaches a start determination value, in particular when an output value of the cell is larger than 600 mV (S16: YES) or smaller than 300 mV (S17: YES), applying pulse voltage to the cell (S18); acquiring a start time internal resistance value on the basis of the detection signal changed by a pulse wave (S20); compares the start time internal resistance value with a predetermined degradation determination value (S21); and correcting a target resistance value of the cell used for a temperature control (an energization control) of a heater in accordance with a comparison result (S28). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
