<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose saccharification method that generates a small amount of over-decomposed matters and can obtain the saccharification at high yield for a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A raw material containing cellulose is ground, is controlled in moisture followed by adjusting its temperature to be 100°C or more and 300°C or less, and is solubilized under a condition of a total pressure 0.05 MPa or more and 10 MPa or less (solubilization process). Water is added to the solubilization mixture thus obtained and then extracted for solid-liquid separation (solid separation process). The obtained solubilization solution is brought into contact with a solid acid catalyst to monosaccharide, and a saccharified liquid is obtained (saccharification process). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
