<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a wrinkle during forming a conductive metal layer, in production of a conductive laminated film including a transparent conductive layer and a conductive metal layer which are formed in that order on a transparent film base material. <P>SOLUTION: A production method of the present invention includes a metal layer forming step of continuously forming a conductive metal layer on a side of a transparent conductive layer formation surface of a transparent conductive film while the transparent conductive film, in which the transparent conductive layer is formed on a long transparent film base material comprising a polyester-based resin as a constituting material, being transported. The metal layer forming step is performed under a reduced pressure atmosphere of 1 Pa or less. The long transparent conductive film is continuously conveyed by application of a conveyance tension, and the conductive metal layer is continuously deposited on the side of the transparent conductive layer formation surface, while a surface where the transparent conductive layer is not formed is brought into contact with a surface of a film-forming roll. The surface temperature of the film-forming roll is preferably 110-200°C, and the conveyance tension per unit area in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the film base material at locations of the film formation is preferably 0.6-1.8 N/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
