<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition set for forming color layers and a method for producing the composition set, for easily controlling a film thickness of a color layer in a region for reflected light of a color filter for a transflective liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition set for forming color layers comprises photosensitive resin compositions for forming color layers in a plurality of colors, each photosensitive resin composition for forming a color layer including a colorant, a binder component and a solvent. When color layers of a plurality of colors are formed by using the photosensitive resin composition set for forming color layers, the photosensitive resin composition for forming a color layer to be used for the first color of the application order shows a specified viscosity under the condition of a predetermined solid content concentration. The photosensitive resin composition for forming a color layer, to be used for the second or the succeeding color of the application order shows such a viscosity that is an added viscosity of the above specified viscosity with an additional viscosity in accordance with the application order, under the condition of the predetermined solid content concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
