<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and user equipment capable of reducing cells for notifying of a "Measurement Subframe Pattern". <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method related to the present invention is performed as follows. When a radio base station eNB#1 is notifying of a "Measurement Subframe Pattern" in a cell #1, a radio base station eNB#2 notifies of setting notification information in a cell #2.
