A stereoscopic image presentation device is provided with an eye movement measuring unit (1004) for measuring the eye movement of each user looking at a stereoscopic image, a user number determination unit (2004) for determining the number of users looking at the same stereoscopic image, and a defect state determination unit (2005) for determining the user whose eye movement is in defect state from among a plurality of users by comparing the eye movements among the plurality of users, when the user number determination unit (2004) determines that a plurality of users are looking at the same stereoscopic image.
