<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which includes an optical transparent adhesive (OCA) layer capable of enhancing visibility by preventing occurrence of bubbles at the corner where gaps of printing occur when the hard coat film in which black frames and/or icons are printed is adhered to a touch panel, and to provide the touch panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the hard coat film having the hard coat layer on one surface of a transparent resin film, a printing layer of the black frames and/or icons are formed on the resin film surface on which the hard coat layer is not laminated. An adhesive layer obtained by applying and thickening a light curing resin composition that contains a photopolymerization initiator without air accumulation is provided in a part among other surfaces at which the printing layer is not formed.
