<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing method and device for promoting the strength development of concrete while suppressing the occurrence of crack due to internal constraint and crack due to drying shrinkage by imparting excellent heat and moisture retaining effects to a curing material without the need for installing a scaffold and timbering during curing on the lower face of the concrete. <P>SOLUTION: Gas lighter than air is supplied to the inside of a flotation type curing mat 7 on which a wire 9 is mounted at one end, and the flotation type curing mat 7 is floated while being held from the upper side by the wire 9 and then installed along a lower face 25 of a lower floor slab 15 of a block 5 of a PC box girder 1 for curing the concrete-placed lower face 25 of the lower floor slab 15. As required, a moisture retaining material is provided between the flotation type curing mat 7 and the lower face 25. After finishing the curing, the inside gas is collected and the flotation type curing mat 7 is moved to a concrete-placed lower face 25 of a lower floor slab 15 of a new block 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
