PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of facilitating an operation to input a setting value for setting a processing condition.

SOLUTION: An MFP includes: a setting screen display part for displaying a setting screen (S03); an input screen display part for displaying an input screen different from the setting screen by superimposition on the setting screen when an item name on the setting screen is indicated while the setting screen is being displayed (S08); a first setting value reception part for receiving a value corresponding to an input key image which is indicated by a user among multiple input key images included in the input screen (S11); a hard key part including multiple hard keys; a second setting value reception part for receiving a value corresponding to the hard key which is indicated by the user among the multiple hard keys (S11); and a display stop part for stopping the displaying of the input screen in response to the reception of an operation to validate the hard key part while the input screen is being displayed (S21).
