The invention relates to an electric drive system intended to be mounted for putting into motion any type of terrestrial, underground, marine or air vehicle for the transport of people, animals and materials. According to the invention, the system is provided with a turbo generator () driven by using a compressed gas supplied by a main energy accumulator (), the so obtained electric current charging some electric accumulators () which supply electric power to some electric motors () included within the wheels () of a vehicle, and with an energy amplifier () where the pressure of the gas from the turbo generator () is increased by heating, the resulting gas being stored in a secondary energy accumulator () wherefrom it reaches again the main energy accumulator () which supplies the turbo generator (), an electronic control block monitoring the operation of all the components, where the electric motors () included within the wheels () of the vehicle can provide electric power to the electric accumulators () both while braking the vehicle and while descending along sloping ground portions, the gas heating in an amplifier () being achieved by means of a heat source () supplied from a fuel collector (). |
