A BOILER SCAFFOLD SYSTEM

The present invention is concerned with a boiler scaffold system for construction and use internally of a large scale boiler such as used in a coal fired power plant or the like, to which access is extremely limited, the scaffold system comprising a base which may be supported on and bare against a sloping sidewall of the boiler, and a main tower extending upwardly from the base to permit access to the sidewalls and upper sections of the boiler, the main tower comprising an array of collapsible and lightweight modules which are connected together via walkways in order to permit pedestrian access to the various parts of the scaffold system.
