A touch panel is presented, which includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged on the first substrate, and which may include a third substrate arranged on the second substrate. A circuit is provided on the first substrate, on a side of the second substrate, or at a side of the third substrate facing the second substrate. The circuit comprises a driving circuit and a sensing circuit. Therefore, by using the structure of the touch panel, the substrates of the touch panel can be integrated, so as to achieve the objective of decreasing the overall thickness of an electronic device. |
