PURPOSE: A cutting tool for a hand drill and a hand drill are provided to prevent the idling of the cutting tool caused by an overload when the cutting tool is coupled with the jaw of the hand drill. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool for a hand drill comprises a forming unit(110) and a square connection unit(120). The forming unit forms a base material for a work. The square connection unit is formed in the rear portion of the forming unit and coupled with the jaw of a hand drill. The square connection unit is prism-shaped.
