PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus and portable electronic apparatus including the same are provided to guarantee durability by preventing damage to a shaft and an operation protrusion unit. CONSTITUTION: A second rotation body(320) is combined with the side of a second body unit. A second shaft which is parallel to a first shaft is formed in the second rotation unit. A center supporting unit(330) passes through a first and a second shaft. The center supporting unit rotatably supports a first rotation unit and the second rotation unit. The first and the second shaft are elastically supported to the center supporting unit in order to maintain a folding state between a first and a second elastic unit.
