PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube sensor and an edible oil state measuring device using the same are provided to confirm an oxidation state of edible oil without using expensive equipment or a complex chemical analysis method. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano tube sensor(100) comprises a carbon nano tube membrane(103) and a polymer layer(104). The carbon nano tube membrane is formed in between a plurality of electrodes. The polymer layer is formed on the top of the carbon nano tube membrane. The carbon nano tube sensor measures the changed extent of conductivity generated by oxide materials by using the carbon nano tube membrane in which the polymer layer is formed. Variations on the conductivity are measured by applying voltage in between the plurality of electrodes. The carbon nano tube membrane is formed by spraying the carbon nano tube solution.
