PURPOSE: An arm lifting apparatus for an agitating apparatus is provided to protect spare parts on a moveable arm by reducing the impact of lowering a piston rod using a shock-absorbing function of oil in between the lower surface of the piston rod and the bottom of a casing. CONSTITUTION: An arm lifting apparatus for an agitating apparatus includes a casing(11), a piston rod(14), a recess unit(15), and an oil tank(16). The casing includes an oil inlet(10) on one lower side. The piston rod is combined to the bottom of a moveable arm(12), and is installed in a concentric circle form inside the casing. The piston rod can ascend and descend with the moveable arm using hydraulic pressure. The piston rod includes a protrusion unit(13) on the lower surface. The recess unit is located on the bottom of the casing, and receives the protrusion unit on the piston rod. The recess unit discharged oil when the protrusion unit is inserted into the recess unit for offering a shock-absorbing function.
