摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the self-sustained operation of water in a fuel cell system and the continuation of long-term operation by efficiently recovering heat through a heat exchanger and lowering a water temperature of exhaust heat recovery water from a hot water storage tank to the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A coiled exhaust heat recovery water heat exchanger 21 is arranged in the hot water storage tank 20, and the surface area per unit height of the upstream portion of the exhaust heat recovery water heat exchanger 21 is made larger than the surface area per unit height of the downstream portion thereof. At an upper side in the hot water storage tank 20, an area with the surface of the exhaust heat recovery water heat exchanger 21 brought into contact with city water in the hot water storage tank 20 is enlarged, thereby efficiently recovering the heat and lowering the temperature of the exhaust heat recovery water supplied to a fuel cell. Since the temperature of the exhaust heat recovery water is kept low, moisture contained in exhaust gas and exhaust air is recovered by condensation, the self-sustained operation of water in the fuel cell system is performed, and the continuation of the long-term operation is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
