<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition including one or more oxazoline compounds or oxazoline derivatives having either crystalline, amorphous or even semi-crystalline properties for use in a particular printing application, such as in a direct-to-paper print process. <P>SOLUTION: A phase change ink composition includes one or more substituted oxazoline compounds and/or substituted oxazoline derivatives, the ink composition comprising: an optional colorant; an at least one crystalline phase-change agent; an amorphous binder agent; and optionally one or more additives, wherein the at least one amorphous binder agent, the at least one phase-change agent, and/or the optional one or more additives of the phase change ink composition comprises one or more substituted oxazoline compounds or substituted oxazoline derivatives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
