PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology and a product which efficiently cool a semiconductor for power conversion and achieve the downsizing and the like in an electric power conversion apparatus used for a motor for a pump.

SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus includes a main circuit element and a water cooling device attached to the main circuit element and drives a motor attached to a pump. The electric power conversion apparatus includes a water cooling device attached to the main circuit element, and the water cooling device uses a liquid supplied by a pump as a coolant. The water cooling device adjusts the coolant amount supplied by the pump according to the heating situation of the main circuit element.
