<p>The valve has a valve seat (2) closed by a diaphragm, and a pilot valve part (4) controlling a pressure relief opening (43) for actuating the diaphragm via a closing element that is moved in a pilot chamber. The pilot chamber is sealed by a pilot membrane (44), and an edge region of the pilot membrane is sealingly fixed opposite to the pilot chamber. The pilot membrane is connected with the closing element in a central region, and a closed-side end of the closing element is form-fittingly connected with the pilot membrane.
