PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion by increasing impurity concentration of a selective emitter. CONSTITUTION: A first emitter layer is formed by diffusion of n-type impurity. A native oxide film which contains n-type impurity on the surface of the first emitter layer is formed(S110). Paste containing n-type impurity is coated on a predetermined portion of the native oxide film(S120). Thermal energy is supplied to the first emitter layer to form a second emitter layer(S160). The paste is coated by one of a screen printing and an inkjet printing process.
