PURPOSE: A multiplex broadcasting apparatus and a system thereof are provided to view broadcasts of different channels through a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) unit(12) searches for and connects to a mobile terminal. A recording unit(13) records a channel selected by a control unit(11). The recording unit stores the recorded image in a storing unit(14). The control unit transmits a URL(uniform resource locator) of the stored broadcasting content to the mobile terminal. The control unit transmits the stored broadcasting content to the mobile terminal according to a request related to a corresponding URL of the mobile terminal.
