The bollard assembly 1 comprises first and second assembly parts 50,51 with first and second apertures 52,53, respectively, defining through-openings, with a first threaded connector member 57A adapted to extend through the first and second apertures concurrently to engage with a reciprocally threaded second connector member 57B to sandwich therebetween the first and second assembly parts. A seat part 55, shaped to hold the second connector member to prevent rotation thereof when seated therein, is mounted to the first assembly part to be slidingly moveable between a first position which places the seat part in register with the first and second apertures and a second position which exposes the seat part permitting removal and replacement of the second connector member. The seat part may be pivotably or rectilinearly slid between the first and second positions. |
