PURPOSE: A melting apparatus is provided to reduce melting time, ensure uniform heating, and prevent solidification in a launder. CONSTITUTION: A melting apparatus(1) comprises a body(30) to which objects(10) to be molten are inserted, a microwave heating unit which is heated by microwaves supplied to the body to melt the objects in the body or control the temperature of the molten material(10'), and a discharge unit(70) which is connected to the body and discharges the molten material.
