SOLUTION: When a first radio communication device receives a request indicating request content to be transferred from the first radio communication device to a second radio communication device from the second radio communication device via a first communication link in accordance with a first radio communication protocol and having a first reception area, the first radio communication device transmits a session takeover message including one or more link related parameters that define a second radio communication link in accordance with a second radio communication protocol and having a second reception area larger than the first reception area to the second communication device via the first communication link, and transmits the request content to the second radio communication device via the second radio communication link.
