<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method that can firmly join the resin molded body and the metal molded body without deteriorating the resin molded body. <P>SOLUTION: An adhesive film formed with the resin composition including the thermoplastic elastomer that has the melting point and the laser beam absorbent is put between the resin molded body and the metal molded body, and the resin molded body and the metal molded body are connected by radiating the laser beam from the resin molded body side. In the thermoplastic elastomer, the ratio of V<SB POS="POST">10</SB>/V<SB POS="POST">50</SB>is 10 times or less, wherein V<SB POS="POST">10</SB>is the melting viscosity in temperature 10°C higher than the melting point and V<SB POS="POST">50</SB>is the melting viscosity in temperature 50°C higher than the melting point. The laser beam absorbent is a nigrosine dye. The resin molded body is formed with the thermoplastic resin that has the melting point and the thermoplastic elastomer of the adhesive film may have a melting point that is lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
