<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a discharging direction or a sucking direction of air. <P>SOLUTION: The ventilation device comprises: a ventilation section including a first engaging section to pass air; and a blow direction changing section which includes a second engaging section, is rotatably mounted in the ventilation section by engaging the first engaging section with the second engaging section and changes a blow direction according to the rotation. The ventilation section includes a rotation center B and a plurality of openings while the blow direction changing section includes a deflection member disposed by being inclined to a rotation axis of the blow direction changing section and ventilation ports communicated with the openings in a state in which the blow direction changing section is mounted in the ventilation section.
