<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an injection molding device and injection molding method for laminating a colored layer of a predetermined thickness within a predetermined range onto a main material layer with high precision in a peripheral wall of a preform. <P>SOLUTION: An injection molding device is configured to have a nozzle part for merging a main material resin and a second resin to form a merged resin body. In the nozzle part, an outer flow path through which the main material resin flows, an inner flow path through which the second resin flows, and a cylindrical merged flow path at which the main material resin and the second resin from the outer flow path and the inner flow path are merged, are disposed from the outside. A first merge part where the outer flow path merges into the merged flow path is disposed at a predetermined distance on the downstream side of a second merge part where the inner flow path merges into the merged flow path. A cylindrical shut-off pin is slidably inserted into and disposed in the merged flow path.
